Our management team kindly requests the cooperation of all guests in following the policies below, which are designed to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

For security purposes and to prevent fraud, guests may be asked to present a valid passport, identity card, or other government issued identification upon arrival. Identification is required for every guest aged 18 and above. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification cannot be provided.
Guests may check in from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 12:00 unless a later departure has been confirmed as part of the reservation.
Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Early Check in and Late Check out
Early check in and late check out are subject to room availability.

Early check in from 06:00 until 15:00 is charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation.
Early check in before 06:00 is charged at 100% of one night’s accommodation.
Late check out from 12:00 until 18:00 is charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation.
Late check out after 18:00 is charged at 100% of one night’s accommodation.
Hayasa Hotel Old Yerevan
Early check in or late check out is subject to an additional charge equal to one full night’s accommodation, regardless of the arrival or departure time.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card may be required to guarantee a reservation. Payment for accommodation and additional services may be made in cash, by bank transfer, or using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or MIR cards.
All payments are accepted only in Armenian Drams.
Children and Extra Accommodation
Hayasa Hotel Yerevan
Extra accommodation: AMD 8,000 per person.
Extra accommodation with breakfast: AMD 17,000 per person.
Breakfast: AMD 9,000 per person.
Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge and receive complimentary breakfast when sharing existing bedding with a parent or guardian.
Children aged 6 to 12 receive a 50% discount on accommodation and breakfast.
Guests over the age of 12 are charged as adults.

Extra bed or accommodation supplement: AMD 13,000 per person per night.
Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with a parent or guardian.
Children aged 6 to 12 receive a 50% discount on accommodation.
Guests over the age of 12 are charged as adults.
Cancellation Policy
Rooms that remain unoccupied after 05:00 on the day following the scheduled arrival will be considered a no show unless prior notice has been provided.
For refundable reservations, cancellation is permitted 24 or 48 hours before arrival, depending on the booked rate. Otherwise, one night’s accommodation will be charged.
Reservation modifications may be made up to 24 hours before arrival.
Early Departure Policy
Any reduction in the length of stay must be requested before 15:00 on the previous day. Otherwise, one night’s accommodation will be charged as a late cancellation fee.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all non smoking areas.
Guests who violate this policy will be charged a smoking penalty of AMD 50,000.
The hotel reserves the right to charge additional cleaning or repair costs if necessary.
Valuables
A safety deposit box is available in every room.
The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended valuables.
Damage
Guests accept responsibility for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay, including specialist cleaning or replacement of missing items.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest accordingly.
Visitors
All visitors must register at the Front Desk by presenting a valid passport or identification document and completing the required registration.
Pet Policy
Small pets are welcome free of charge, subject to availability at the time of booking.
Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or breakfast area.
Guests are kindly requested not to leave pets unattended in the room while away from the hotel.
For pets weighing more than 5 kg, please contact the hotel regarding applicable conditions and fees.
The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by pets.
Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, flooding, earthquakes, severe weather conditions, fire, terrorism, utility failures, equipment breakdowns, or structural damage to the building.
